					<description>I bought phase 2 at level 5. Is the fuel price hike will make the usj 1 avenue price go up? If yes, by how much? 

Secondly, will the developer impose more cost to the already buyer due to rising cost in building material, even thought we have already signed up the S&amp;amp;P Agreement?

					<description>I'm one of the house owner of Phase II, me &amp;amp; bf booked a unit at Phase II level 5. Initially, we bought it for own stay in view of the impressive layout; however there were too many negative comment on the congested traffic at summit junction,plus it's been surrounded by light industrial area &amp;amp; facing low cost flat;there is an Agama school constructing now next to Petronas All these factors seems doesn't make a good choice for own stay. Any existing resident can give some comment on the actual condition? Thanks.</description>

					<description>I'm one of the resident in block A. Overall the place is good. Beautiful even. The only thing is their toilet which is stuck at least once a week. All three of the toilets are taking their turns to be stucked. The management/maintenance person is very helpful in helping to 'unblock' the toilet everytime the toiletbowl is stuck but it's being a nuisance to my family members. We don't even dare to past motion at home. One of the maintenance person said that we 'threw too much tissue into the toilet bowl.' i think this is ridiculous. Does any of you who is a resident in the condo facing the same prob? </description>
