International HomeBuyer 2005 @ KLCC Is This Weekend!
For those who remember our earlier post on the International HomeBuyer Expo (read it here), it will be held this weekend. Again, here are the details:
Event : International Homebuyer 05
Date : 12-14 August 2005 (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
Venue : Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, Hall 2
Time : 11.00 a.m. – 9.00 p.m.
Other than booths by many developers (including some really big names like Bandar Raya Development Bhd, Sunrise, Putrajaya Homes, Gamuda Land, Capital Land Sdn Bhd and IJM Properties), there will also be some talks on the following topics:
• Introduction to Financial Planning.
• Offshore Opportunities in Property Investment
• Tips on investing in the property market
• An overview of the Penang Island property market
• An overview of the property market in the Klang Valley
• Core covering and analyzing banking & property sectors

Lot of people advice not to buy property from the fair. Good property don’t appear on Malaysia Megasales. If really interested, get the contact from the fair, visit the site… visit the site multiple times…

Yes, don’t buy property from the fair. but go to know more about the developers and attend the free seminars. And get a better feel of the property market.
