Property Malaysia Has Gone to HomeBuyer 2005!
I have just returned from the International Homebuyer 2005@KLCC (at the KL Convention Centre recently). Wow, all I can say is that chockful of useful stuff to see for those interested in property! (Details can be obtained at our previous posts here and here)
A few big players are participating, notably SP Setia, Gamuda Land and BRDB.
There aren’t many exhibitors, but only quality high end, product are featured. On that note, some are questionably suited, but go there and check it out yourself.
I met some friends and familiar companies there, after so long in the business you’re bound to meet them again in this small world.
So even if your not in the market to buy a house, go there for the following reasons:
- Check out some decent developers
- Find out what’s the hottest development or growth area in the Klang Valley
- Learn the new trends in apartment/bungalow layout
- Learn more about home loans and EPF withdrawal
- Attend a few informative seminars on property & loan matters
- Get lots of freebies
- Enter a few contest
- Take this opportunity to check out the new KL Convention Centre
- Go and look around, and then come back to this website and report anything interesting
- It’s free
It’s still on until Sunday, so try to make it. Hopefully, tomorrow another of our contributors P&M will go and report another perspective.
And another note, we now have enough development review to last at least 2 weeks. Great postings to come!
