Comments on: Mutiara Indah, Puchong (Phase 2)

I am interested in the Puchong Mutiara Indah units. The
price fits my budget, but I cant really find much info on that area. Can you guys help me out with some comments on the cluster semi-d units there? thanks

dont know how the 1st phase broucher mention about havind more than 2100 sq ft. If we consider the building plot is only 22x40f. the max they can go is only 1,760 sq.ft. Let say we add another an extra of 10ft x 15ft ie: 150 sqft for the “car porch” (If you are using Perdana, you may have a problem to open your car door due to collumn and bricks fencing).Total up is only 1,910 sqft. We haven’t deduct the 2ft from living to dining (they just allocate 20ft for that are, to give a room for their car porch may be) the built up could be aesily deducted by 40 sqft. And somemore the space waste on unnecesserily for 1st floor stair ways, between the staircase and the maid room. and as a bonus, you will have a tiny family area on upstair. Wet kitchen too small. Can’t even fit 2 seater sofa up there. So, i Dont know how they come up with 2,100++ sqft.Pls check/ request for extra info. on this item forthe 2nd phase. so, those who plan to purchase, seek a clear information on how they get so called more than 2000 sqft built up. The design alone is not spacious enough, waste a lot between the staircase and a maid room. The 1st phase is even worse, too many compartment for M&E services. it takes a lot of space. Suprisingly, they allow sanitary waste pipe from masterbedroom down to the living room. Geezz. Too many L shape that meant for A/C compartment. Toilet door for masterbedroom facing the bed. They should consider the provision of wordrobe laa. AIyaa, ini macam saya pon nak jadi arkitek laa.
