MAPEX 2005

Next weekend from September 22 to 25 (Thursday to Sunday) Mapex 2005 will be held on a national level for the second time year. This time round it will be held at the Mid-Valley Exhibition Centre. It is part of a national roadshow in major cities and towns across the country. The previous national level exhibition held in KL was on 14-17 April (held at the Putra World Trade Centre).

Exhibition hours will be from 10:00 am to 9:30 pm daily. Admission is free.

Mapex has now become the premier property exhibition in Malaysia and is organized by Real Estate and Housing Developers Association (REHDA).

Mapex began in 1998 (then known as the Home Ownership Campaign), and showcases latest housing projects for sale and registration all under one roof. In addition to that, there are related exhibitors like home loan offers, real estate agents and governmental bodies (like those associated with Malaysia My Second Home).

The range of properties are from a wide range, from affordable apartments, to high end exclusive developments.

Call +603-7803 2978 for enquiries.

  2. er, not really. there are many of these property showcases. there is one on this weekend now, at PWTC too. anyway, we don’t really advise ppl to buy at these expos, just go to check out the market sentiment, pricing, trends, and info on projects/developers…

but if you happen to be in the area…
