					<description>I was once a proud owner of a RHU in Bndr Nusaputra, but all of that has changed once i have noticed there are cracks all over the front porch of the house. sadly, these cracks are wide enough to fill at least 3 fingers or more... 

the cracks were so bad that it even affect the floor slab in front of the house to collapse and as a result, the front porch column can be found hovering on top of the front porch floor slab. 

My concern is more towards the soundness of the design as this ugly occurance does not confined to my unit but the entire row of houses. I have seen the remedial work that has taken place, and it is nothing but having to apply elastic joint filler to &quot;HIDE&quot; rather than to &quot;SOLVE&quot; the reoccuring  
cracks problem. 
 
I sincerely hope the governing parties (architect/S.O. &amp;amp;  structural engineer) are not falling asleep during their watch. i have taken some pictures as evidence and was thinking of forwarding it to P.A.M. for further action if improper remedial work is not being carry out.  </description>

					<description>alright...all  Bali units already got TCF even though you might only get the Form E submission letter. I've collected my keys. Everything seems to be in place but we're rushing so need to do a thorough check up after raya. Electricity is already running. Just waiting for the water meter to be installed.</description>

LD is calculated at the rate 10% per annum based on your purchase price - from the date when the VP is supposed to be delivered (i.e at the expiry of 24 months from the date of your agreement) until the date of delivery of the VP. In this case, I think they calculate to the date of the letter to collect the key. I was told they're still waiting for the CF (which means Ai Leen - the person in charge when Miss Foong was on maternity leave) is lying thru her teeth! </description>
