I was actually thinking of getting a new unit at BPP.
IOI have some unsold Grand View units (rm399K) but I worried about the cracks that other forumers are complaining about. Any idea on this?

Having said that, I shift my attention to Nadia 2 as well (which is now costing about 470k for those last row facing the slope). So, what do u guys think?
Am EXTREMELY concern about the quality now as the price is VERY high for a 22*70</description>

					<description>Grande View, Bandar Puteri Puchong is too expensive. I have the same opinion after my first visit to the hill top. Only few unit with hill view, while the intermediate is just like other ordinary terrace facing each others. The air quality is quite worst up there as compare to down hill during the haze time. I noticed quite number of night cat (couples) like to hang out towards the road to the hill top (like cheras hill).........conclusion....Not worth to buy RM 400K house with no hill view actually!</description>

					<description>I found this blog by chance from visiting other property forums. i think its great and i would like to see this blog grow further. Being a peak owner myself i would like to correct some inaccuracies from your report above. The author mentioned that the Peak had been handed over to the owners. In fact that was the Summit/Vista phases with people living in it. The peak is not scheduled for handover untill Dec 2005, after an enquiry to IOI. When i was hunting for my first property, i fell in love with bandar puteri and when i saw the houses at the hilltop, i married one of them. The view is spectacular (especially at nite), nice forest reserve nearby, close proximity to Giant/Tesco/IOI Mall. My dream house indeed. I think i will enjoy living in that area.</description>
