Please go to malaysian real estate forum on nilam puri condominium - the others might be able to answer your queries. As for workmanship generally ok. Progress usually ahead of time which is typical of this developer.

I heard that nilam puri phase 1 are sold out, is that any way that i can get a unit?i ‘m looking for a condominium with CF at a price of less than RM140000.(at puchong area)

Or any idea what is the completion date of Nilam Puri 2?

And waht is your comment on their workmanship?

closest train station is the KTM commuter station along the Federal Highway. and that’s a LONG way from Nilam Puri.

the buses here are not frequent, i’ve heard a lot of complaints. i think the distance to the bus stop is less than a kilometre. i would advise against depending on public transport…

How long is the walk?

I am planning to rent one but i need to commute to KL everyday and need to find the fastest and best public transport.

Do you know which is the closest train station and how much does it cost?

Also for the bus, where does it go and how often is the frequency?

at the moment, none. you’ll have to walk a short distance to the LDP for a bus or taxi.

i’ve checked out the place it was nice especially the view. loved the pool area. at the moment it’s dirty but i’m sure that they are going to fix that. the condo layout was fine. i loved it. considering hard whether to book it or not. block c only a few spots left.
