the condo has limited space but for sinlge and newly weds the space is quite big.

the water pressure is good, and the area is cleaner.

parking bays very well lit and spacious.</description>

					<description>The developer is so hard up for cash they insist on lump-sum payment of the sinking fund of RM2500! And we are not told for how many years either. Upmarket projects in Damansara factor the sinking fund into the monthly maintenance charges, making it more manageable. 

Owners are not allowed any choice of entrance and window grilles; one type and one colour scheme only, take it or leave it. 

And get this: 
Double standards for panel and non-panel contractors - RM500  refundable (without interest) deposit for panel but RM2000 for non-panel! And either the contractor or we have to present proof of a RM100000 public liability policy before we can proceed with ANY type of installation or work. Something smells rotten in Desaminium, and I don't mean the nearby, soon-to-close dump! 

And they've got the gall to levy RM500 admin fee to process refinancing documentation. I just thank God that the project is completed. 

New management should be brought in. They could certainly take a leaf or two out of Dijaya's book. 

The Housing Ministry, House Buyers' Association and the press will hear of this, I promise.</description>

					<description>i bought the 5 room version.. promised much but didnt deliver.. the living room, dining hall and bathrooms are too small! i bought it anyway because i know if i tear down a wall or two, it would be spacious.. and you know what? after moving in they tell me only certain walls can be torn down! yeah i know living in highrise buildings, we cant tear down any walls we like but cant they use their heads first by planning ahead and anticipate which walls us buyers would like to tear down?? 1 plus point for this place.. check out google maps.. if you can find the apartment on the map, you'll notice that desaminium sits right below a gazzetted large green lung area.. the view from the higher floors is a plus point and the place will get better once the air itam landfill closes shop forever.. when? not soon enough though!</description>
