And we are not told for how many years either. Upmarket projects in Damansara factor the sinking fund into the monthly maintenance charges, making it more manageable. The cleaner only sweep my floor once a month. Last week happen the lift breakdown cause the water pipe at seven floor at block keruing broked, it very funny the building manager don't border and say no power but his boss dosen't know what going on.Aspect resident to climb up and down for 2days. We pay maintenace charges!.. How lousy the maintainance people and management company . If not mistaken YBR Management Services.
