MPSJ is asking if anyone have Bantahan or not. Did u know that only FEW (less than 10) resident of Nadia received this letter from MPSJ ?

yep, i checked with the developer, there are some units available (limited though).

you can check it out with IOI property office. They also open on sunday from 9am to 5pm.

the workmanship is okay and the living and dining hall is spacious. After some touch up and interior design, it should alright for a small family of 4 persons.

					<description>I have just collected my keys today...but got a shock from aerial view..there is a cemetery just next to end of block b. wonder how does that affect the rental?

Understand from earlier mail that the rental fetch rm650 to rm700..does it comes with semi furnish like aircond...water heater..Please share your views.
