You should check the coming route design nearby (for example how it is going to expand, change, restructure, etc) If it is because of the U-turn, which i assumed is the U-Turn under the fly-over to Kepong, then again it proved you are wrong. 2 years ago the Town Council was restructuring the route which turn to menjalara from LDP. The traffic of the U-turn you can hardly see it jammed and during the peak hour, which is 5-7pm, i think you can hardly find any route which has smoother flowing than it.
