					<description>If you are buying it for investment (or even for own stay), you won't care about the delay of the completion because it is stated in the S&amp;amp;P that delay on key handover by May 2008 will cause the developer to pay 10% p.a. interest to the buyers. I don' think they want to do that. So they have to complete the three blocks in time, obeying all the standards.</description>

yup, really big ones aswell...!!!. the place is a bit cramp because there are many cars park outside! 

went there last week, dun thing it can completed by May 2008 (I thing only 40% completion only...)

A lot of young professionals and young families are looking to buy their own place in popular locations, but find places like Tiaraville and USJ1 Avenue too expensive. On the other hand, they don't like 4-room apartments (what, you expect wannabe yuppies to breeed like rabbits?)</description>
