I don' think they want to do that. So they have to complete the three blocks in time, obeying all the standards. HR United should offer studio and 2-room units in the 2nd and 3rd blocks. A lot of young professionals and young families are looking to buy their own place in popular locations, but find places like Tiaraville and USJ1 Avenue too expensive.
