abby,

doesn’t look to appealing to us - it’s leasehold we didn’t like the design. maybe you should look around a bit first?

We have made a recent enquiry into this development and thus far have not received a response.

Could anybody enlighten us? As a brit looking to retire -seems ideal. However I too do not like the leasehold tenure. Look forward to hearing your comments.

that probably something the developer can’t do anything about, but the pricing should take into account the leasehold tenure…

the concept is a really nice idea. but only one thing i don’t like is: 99 years leasehold. if you are buying this place for retirement, a great place to retire.

this concept is probably a hard sell to malaysians… they prefer to rent a chalet at a resort. much cheaper, no hassle…

the land is under agri title — you can built a house with 8000 sq ft only and it is leasehold 99 years

I had been to the site and found out only 1 or 2 bangalow completed but nobody reside in the area. Maybe most people bought it for retirement and waiting for the resort hotel to be completed. If you are thinking of moving it immediate then it is not advisable coz the land is empty and at night you are alone….
