I know some great houses on sale in Cheras area. Personally I think Taman Midah is the best location. It’s the closest to the city and adjacent to all major highways.

i agreed this area will boomed very soon . unfinished bungalow is located in Lestari Perdana not Lestari Puchong

some buyers have also voiced concerned over the many many unfinished bungalow lots in lestari puchong. they seemed almost completed, but not handed over. Anyone know why?

Yes it is true that the area had boomed and with Jusco Serdang coming soon, it will become another PUCHONG. House price will rise. But the main hindrance is still with TALAM project nearby. See this developer don’t really care the road and it is all mess up inside the township. Equine is the best in area but TALAM is dragging everybody down. The new project is close to TALAM project which is horrible and like a ghost town.
