Hi admin, was wondering if you could do a review of villamas’ new project, villa park, which is coming up behind villa pavilion? looks promising and now before official launching they’re offering 9-11% discount. thank you!!

Hi admin,
Villa Park its actually located behind of Villa pavillion. But we can’t use the same access to villa park. In fact we need to go up the hills to Taman Bt Serdang. It is also right behind TPM.

hi!i already booked 1 unit in block A 14th floor coz that is the only level left for sale.They said facing TPM & is it a good investment as well as living there?

can see that only 14 units left unsold. Maybe this info is not updated bcos someone mentioned in another forum that she saw only 5 units left.

HI! we bought a unit on the 4th floor, block A..interesting tht buyers making acquaintance here. the project is doing ok so far. i think there are still units available. see you at VP. cheers!
