I’m currently looking for purchase a new condo in Sri Petaling & Bukit Jalil area, last week I went to the Savanna showroom just realise that all the unit already sold out. Do anyone know anymore new condo available in these area?

I am based overseas.I am intending to purchae a condo at savana “A” with the information that I got from the internet. Is there anything that I should be aware before proceding with this purchase? Shall appreciate you comments.

Bukit Jalil will become a secong Korean Village after Ampang. Hanju Savanna is korean own company anf they are targetting the buyer from korea. The worries is how they manage the properties ? Block A by Berjaya, Block B by Hanju ? or commomn management ? Indeed, the highway constructed next to it is the set back of Savanna. The noise from the vehicle …. However, the area is well connected to major expressway, its greenery, amenities at Sri Petaling and upcomming shoplots next to Greenfield Apartment, LRT link to be extended to Puchong and important, there are two parks available, one opposite IMU and one next to Greenfield Apartment.

it just confirmed that the Berjayaland has sold the block B of savanna to a korean developer, Hanju savanna, n they are negotiating to sell the rest too…

Do make sure that your S&P mentioned that there will be a garden! otherwise it will be just “an artist” impression! I got rip-off from another project with similar concept… those *@###!!

I’m living in arena green now, renting out 2 rooms, getting 300-400/rm. Thinking of buyin savanna for investment as well. Checked with berjaya today, avail $256k cheapest. Hmm .. should i go ahead ? Any other ppl in my shoes ? Wanna share opinions ?
