For your information, I just planning to purchase and invest of your condominium, but unfortunately I think this is not the good invest for me because of the bad security service named “sanjay” pelangi utama phase 1. are this security have been training before come to malaysian ?

It will be massive and massive jam for day and night, believe me. PD2 is too high density with about 1000 units, I’m no sure but when I look there are 4 to 5 blocks with at least 15 floors per block. No doubts this piece of land is situated at the golden area. But would you manage to get past the jam, live in crowd, trade in you valuable time and other inconveniences in a daily basis.

I have also bought a unit in Phase 1 PD2, and there is nothing much for concern now except for the parking. COnsidering that there are two schools facing the property, my concerns is only parking and the jam it will create on the even already widened road.

Luckily I am the only going to stay there and there is only me driving. The second carpark cost RM18,000.. a bit too much.

Hi Administrator, Kind of you to start something on PD2.

I have bought one unit in PD2.
No turning back now.
But I feel that Location is important.

Currently i am staying at Pelangi Damansara 1, and plan to buy a property for my own stay. But i will totally not consider for Pelangi Damansar 1, which due to their bad management and poor workmanship. The current unit that i am staying facing some leaking from the windows, i have kept complaining for almost 1-2 months time but until now my problem still remain unsolve.
