currently bandar kinrara phase 9a1 (senja) is on sales. price is from RM368,888 for a double storey terrace. this phase is almost directly facing the cemetery,

phase 2A was launched in ct 2007, the same house as phase 2 but additional 7 aircond points, laminated flooring, brickwall at the back instead of chain link fencing and full tile for drive way.

Yup, it is RM 448k, S&P said laminated flooring, I think progress reached foundation stage only.

what was the price for phase 2A. was it $448k? mutiara bukit jalil is giving the normal timber strips and not those laminated timber strips for their flooring.

Hi,the site photos are great, bought a unit in phase 2A, wonders if anyone know whether they are giving good quality laminated flooring which does not look as plastic as they come? anyone bought phase 2A?
