They have a website. www.dergahayu.com.
Heard that residence complain a lot about them.

You know. I think USJ 1 Avenue and other newly built apartments and land properties there just chose the wrong place to build it. Their concept is beautiful and everything is perfect but the location. Argh. I mean, when you enter USJ 1, you see really old shoplots (because they don’t maintain them) and surrounding that areas are weird looking flats. It totally turned me off from getting a place there. It’s such a waste. Well, that’s just my opinion after having a look at that area. Heh.
