I am looking for tenant for Carcosa unit. Prices from RM500-RM600 per room per month with 2 rooms (small, medium) to choose from. Balcony facing the forest (my personal favourite spot). if for noise problem. maybe a good piece of window can solve it. you can try fascina window with double glazing glass. but after a while you will get used to the choo choo train sound.

I guess I am lucky coz I bought Carcosa unit which facing the forest….the view is so beautiful from my lanai…the noise comes from the lrt station is nothing and wont bother me at all…..the problem is for Andaman & Datai’s unit facing KL area…..that is the first think I considered before I purchase my unit….anyway with good air-conditioning, the noise is still bearable for those units.

Hi, I’m currently living at this apt and it certainly has a very nice feel to it plus the air is wonderful at night! The only unfortunate bit is that the lrt is pretty loud at night and i wonder if something could be done like slow the trains down at both ends as they approach the tunnel?

I’m just wondering if the noise bothered any of the other residents

lanai? its like a balcony, but it is enclosed and has windows. i’ve seen it in quite a few projects recently, you should check it out in the desa putra show house.

Thanks in advanced for your later review on this. I would really like to how you guys really think about this project, which hasn’t been doing much publicity as compared with Desa Putra and yet the take up rate is considerably good (judging from the unit sold shown in the sales office). Guess right, I’m one of those that look forward to the completion in 2007.
