I have a flat at Port Dickson and found hard to find buyer. No Real Estate Agent to help for selling. I have never stay or rent it out before. Management property service company charge fee plus interest for delay. Is it legal to add interest on top for charging? Becasue of no buyer in the market. As a result, Eventually, Management office was taking the advantage by occupy my flat due to unable to settle ongoing outstanding of fee. Owner stay at overseas suffering a great loss. Apparently, it was an unfair deal to owner. May I know which government dept can help? Do you have any free legal advise?
