					<description>Most of us have not seen single storey link being launched in KL/S'gor for quite some time.  Suppose its similar to buying an Apartment/Condo but without having to pay for maintanence fees but price (as u already mentioned) is very steep.  Saw on their web-site... 20 min to KL, wonder which route and what speed you will need to travel to reach downtown KL in 20 min?</description>
