Jim, actually this project is ok. Just I’m not satisfied that they changed the design without notify us. Friendly speaking, Ican save a lot on renovation with this house. Landscape is a small issue for me. But bathroom is a big issue cause we are hardly to turn when take bath. Corner lot will dont have this issue. Unfortunately we are intermediate lot. But compare with other developer, it is very ok. If u go & have a view at TEKALI, u will feel happy. I have friends buy opposite area, Prima- 2 1/2 at RM280K++ but is 65x22 if i not make mistake.

I just paid deposit 1 unit for Phase 2. They said will be completed by early next year. Arggh just saw/read all the bad things about Acmar. U were right bout the bathroom. Can we open a Forum in Malaysia Real Estate? So we can discuss futher

Honest speaking, no landscape i still can accept coz i can plant with pot. The gutter still have la. Just they cover it, still got trail for the water running away. See properly ma….Now really problems is the bathroom…..ai!!!!!!!!

very slow developer… i dont think they will completed on time..(dec? feb? march?..) change the design as they like..small bathroom, no lanscape and no gutter..huh!

Purleray, I knew about the lanscape & the barrier. I did go thru the S&P. But the drawing is stated Designer can change. But I try to talk to the sales manager. I feel upset because so far just only u reply me. Means other purchaser is not know about this. I not sure about the drawing their submit to House Dept & what will do when CF inspection

Cherrie, have you realize that the porch area don’t have lanscape area, they covered all the porch with imprinted tile. Not like the show house or in the plan. I am very dissappointed about this. The bathroom at master bedroom also they put a barrier on the floor to separate the dry area and shower area which is already small. I think it is very dangerous. What we should do about all this problem?

Purleray, I agree with you, But if U go other intermediate lots, U will found the shower area for each unit are different. Means their work is not standardize. Some units are enough to take bath but some are not. I have double check on the agreement, actual design for this bathroom is different from the drawing that attached with the agreement.

Cherrie, you are right about the bathroom design. The shower area become smaller. They didn’t just cover the pvc piping but the whole wall!!! i think we all will got problem when taking bath because we cannot even bend or turn around. In order to be more spacious while taking bath we need to go outside the shower area, close to the WC.
Already went to the side and saw it myself today. And also the salesperson told me the house will be handover around March ‘08.

For Phase 1 buyer, may I know how your sales person talk to you. At showroom, there is a corner unit & a intermediate unit which they use it as office. But both masterbed room’s bathroom design you will ses got big different. But now they build my intermediate unit with the corner unit bathroom design. At intermediate show unit, master bathroom you will see the piping with diameter around 6 inches but standing space is around 3.5 ft x 3 ft. But now all phase 1 intermediate unit, they use the 8″x12″ tiles cover the piping but the standing space only left 3 ft x 2.5 ft, which is not enoughh space for me to take bath. I tall 5′4″ and thin (50kg). I feel very upset for this.
