The interchange near nusaputra ,access to KL putrajaya highway is still not opened yet.According to their sales staff the interchange was supposed to be opened in early 2007. Until it is opened , going to K.L will be a hassle.

Hi Guys,
I have seen this unit. The ad was there since Dec last year, and they arenow giving a 10% discount for the purchase of this unit. According to the agent, he say the house currently cost RM390k, with 10% discount, we are buying at the price it was 2 years ago. I wonder why they are giving us such a big previleges…any comments? Anybody viewed this unit before?

admin, can u tell us whether we need to get approval from the local authority (in my case, Majlis Perbandaran Sepang) if we intend to put up awning and grilles at the back? I was told by an official that I have to get approval first. Is there a new law on this cos as far as i know, there’s no need for it. Thx.

Anyone of you ever hear about Puchong Putra Prima? It is just few kilometer off the LDP highway, opposte the Puchong Utama, Tasik prima.
I just bought a second hand double storey 20x70 (25 wide land) for only RM255,000, built-up 1507sq ft, low density. Somemore, it is freehold. THe price is comparative to Nusaputra link house which is located even more remote, leasehold/.

My mum will be signing on the dotted line very soon for her Teratai unit. Would like to find out more and advise her accordingly before she does.
