Having seen no lush area, all concrete blocks with no views is not what I am looking for…. The other things is, sunrise staffs are not at all friendly… they prefer foreigners and rich people… not looking at first time home buyers…. Sad but true!! I almost bought the unit and am glad I didn’t, as I realized, its too close to Shell petrol station and the highway….. too pricey for nothing in return… Hi all,

It seems that there is not enough information about the Mont Kiara Banyan project. You do not have a project review on that.
