I'm the COO/Financial Manager of Bukit Ikhlas, brought on board by the new owners to monitor & manage the financial part of the project. Besides, me, a new MD & shareholder, Dr Choo brought out of retirement by the new owners, to see that the project is completed ASAP. Dr Choo has over 40 years working relationship with the new owners in construction & other related industries.You may verify this matter with with registrar of companies at the Mall. With this change of ownership, Bukit Ikhlas is no longer associated with Taman Ikhlas, Antap Ikhlas. Watch out for local newspapers ad for the notification. Pls rest assured that Bayan Villa WILL be completed & handover to you 2009. Physically, if you have been visiting out site, construction has not stopped. The building should be completed latest Dec08. Roads, landscape works - water features & central park are about to begin. Water pipes are being laid. So why the delay???? I suppose this is the million $$$ questions. We are doing our level best to complete it ASAP! We are pushing the contractors everyday. Our target is to complete the physical building by end 2008. What is actually delaying us are - the statutory authorities! There are still much red tapes to go through. Requirements keep changing over the years especially as we are built on the slopes. Not to mention the change of government! The final piece of the jigsaw puzzle to cf is the water tank which we need approval to begin construction. Our directors are working, shuttling in & out of the authorities office to get them to approve the plans..... It's a real pain int the arse! We are terribly sorry for the delay. Your SPA should have indicated handover by expiry of 36 months from stamped SPA date. Any reliance on the "I think" promises by the sale person is just nonesense. When I went there yesterday, the progress is almost complete. Only 4-5 courts are waiting for plastering. I don't see any issue here.For those who had purchased, be patient. I will not said bad about my own property because I see potential in value. For those who are interested, you can go on and I recommend the manager Jonathan for his patient and service.
