Meanning, you do not need to pay downpayment and you will own the property value at approx. RM 210,000.00 with 493 sf studio with free kitchen cabinet! Look interesting but there is risks to be considered. Top levels to be managed by Dorsett Regency and Lower part for sales. The "stop order" was over, and they are resuming their work. Still lots of things are dropping from their building. Wish the Autorities could pay more attention.
