hi Sandy, be aware if you r running your loan application simultaneously. they will start claiming progressive payment after your S&P stamped while you are still processing your loan application. unless you have thier Black in White allowing you few months for loan processing, this is not stated in the S&P, You should request it before making any earnest deposit.

Hi there, the developer took 2 months for us to sign the S&P and now has been past more than 1 month to return the S&P document to the lawyer. When you called them up, different excuses are given to you. As a purchaser, I felt dissapointed.

Hi there! I plan to get a unit in the Beverly Tower. But I really know it worth to buy an apartment in Kepong costing Rm 200k for 1001 sqft? Is it a good buy? good area? convenient? Quality of the actual unit? Could someone pls comment on the show unit which most of the finishing does not included compare to the actual i.e. kithen, living hall, bathroom & bathroom tiles are totally different from what we see (actual unit with tiles 1′x1′ but the show room is having 2′x2′) and this will cause a misleading information to the potential buyer. Pls advice.

To the developer: could you pls provide the actual floor plan and post it online coz there isn’t any picture for the floor plan for us to bring back home.

No, this is not the first project by this developer. The business centre surrounding the place is theirs, as is the nearby Medan Putra Condo. If you’d like to know what to expect, do take a walk to Medan Putra Condo. Be sure to look at the finishing of a condo that was once touted as a the most prestigious development in the vicinity. If you have the chance, speak to the residents there and ask them what they think of their developer. You’ll learn plenty.
