I am looking for property investment in KL.
Will like to know more on why you dun like Service Apartment.
Any estimation on the rental returns for service apartmentin that area.

Any similar service apartment in the area?

unfortunately RM300K is the starting price for most properties around that area. Like they say about OKR, either u love it or hate it.

Admin, by the way, did you check out IOI’s latest offering in BU. Just 30 units of 1,000 sq. ft. Townhouse, freehold and get this, below RM300K. Came out in last Friday’s Star.
Looks like a good bargain. Also, check out the write-up on CAC in this week’s Edge, especially on his spritual experience. Another Francis Yeoh in the making….

starting at 300k is too expensive to begin…
