Admin, by the way, did you check out IOI's latest offering in BU.  Just 30 units of 1,000 sq. ft. Townhouse, freehold and get this, below RM300K.  Came out in last Friday's Star.
Looks like a good bargain.  Also, check out the write-up on CAC in this week's Edge, especially on his spritual experience.  Another Francis Yeoh in the making....</description>
