Below: Some of the semi-D units. Finishing quality on the exterior looks okay.

Below: A slightly different design of the semi-D facade. We like this one better.

Below: The greenery beside Alam Sutera facing the houses. Hope it stays that way.

Below: The view from Alam Sutera. Nice. In the foreground is actually the construction access used by the contractors, so as not to dirty or damage the completed premix.

  1. By the way editor , can’t remember where Alam sutera is. I have also recently seen some very nice and big bungalow development at Tmn. Segar. Do not know whose development is that.

    Regards.

  3. to kimwah & cwc,

alam sutera is along the bukit jalil highway, between puchong and sg. besi (the astro road), it’s neighbouring developments are paragon heights and bdr kinrara.

there’s no review of the place, it was launched long b4 this website, but you can already go and see the completed units of the earlier phases.

  8. Hi All,

Just like to share this info with everyone, as it is very serious and will affect everyone in the vicinity. The government, specifically DBKL is putting a huge cemetery and crematorium in this neighbourhood. Please refer to the following link:

    http://forum.bandarkinrara.com/?topic=347.0

It is located directly opposite Alam Sutera across the Bukit Jalil Highway. We have to put in our objections or we will have to live with it for the rest of our lives.
