It is only when I asked them that they gave me a set of brochures. With this kind of attitude how to do well. Shocking coming from an establised developer like I&P. But I was so dissapointed with their sales team when they couldn't answer my queries about the project and the worst part is, we as a prospect buyer have to educate them. Because of this, I have lost interest in buying a property in Alam Impian. The sales team should know very well of the product they are selling and must answer any queries confidently and without any doubts. Was told that the access are via Jalan Kebun from Kota Kemuning and the new LKSA highway only. If there is a toll free access from Shah Alam, then it's a different story altogether. I wonder why it is not shown on the huge scaled model. The only bridge I saw on the model formed part of the LKSA! Anyhow, the project even offered quite good finishes... what I like is that they are giving clay roof tiles even for the Canting Linkhouses. Houses in Bandar Kinrara doesn't even come with these premium roof tiles...not even the Semi-Ds. However they are rather stingy on the Air cond point though...only 1... maybe with clay roof tiles, it's not that hot after all! And I can't understand why they don't just tiled the small area of the Store and Utility instead of giving cement render!
