Plus the upgrade on the electricity box and ceiling fan hook with wires, that could easily go up to RM1400.

with the extra 600, you're actually buying a better look with all your wires concealed, which I think is an OK package.

As for the construction, don't forget they're building 3 blocks in one go. So I guess that's as fast as it can go.

Just pray hard they'll continue with this speed....
