Baiduri Courts, Bandar Bukit Puchong
Bandar Bukit Puchong is usually known for building large landed homes in the outer reaches of Puchong, but their latest launch is a medium cost apartment with an attractive price tag of RM72k. We’ve reviewed some of the earlier launches in the massive 1,300-acre development, you can read them here:
In terms of location, Bandar Bukit Puchong (BBP) is usually perceived as further than other major developments in the area like Puchong Jaya or Bandar Puteri, but still not as far as areas after the toll like Taman Equine and Lestari Puchong. But it is undoubtedly well-connected by roads. There is a dedicated interchange on the LDP, then there are the future South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE) and KL-Putrajaya Highway. There is an interchange onto the latter near the Selangor Pasar Borong. The attraction for BBP has always been its proximity to Cyberjaya and Putrajaya, and also to the highways.

The project is located on a narrow and long strip of land, there are 2 similar interconnected blocks. All units are either facing directly north or south, and there are 20 units per floor.

The apartment isn’t too high-rise, only 10 floors which helps by not being too high-density. Usually medium-cost apartments around this part of Puchong are typified by lots and lots of apartment blocks, but here it’s relatively better, and surrounded by landed development. There is only one type of unit here, it’s 774sq.ft., with three bedrooms and 2 baths. At that size, understandably all the spaces are tight, especially the kitchen.
All the units from ground floor units to the topmost floor are going for RM72k, but only the ground floor units come with a parking spot (first come first serve). The higher floors (whether its 2nd or top floor) have an upgrading option of where you get a parking spot for a total price of RM87k. Lifts are provided.
The unit comes pretty much bare, and with the minimum facilities. There is the requisite security, a multi-purpose hall, a surau and a couple of shops. Perhaps for those looking for more upscale apartments, there are plenty around this area, including Nilam Terraces, but we think their main objective here is to keep it affordable, while on a larger scale of things, the masterplan of BBP provides facilities like sports centers and shops for the residents of Baiduri Courts.
Earlier phases of BBP have a distinction of good quality, but perhaps Baiduri Courts may be more reflective of it pricing. But there is always the backing of a developer with good track record.

That’s in BBP or BBP2? Anyway, I am interested to purchase an unit in BBP2 (Seri Sempurna), but I worry they do not have Streamyx there. Can you clear my doubts?
Thanks.

it’s in BBP2. As for streamyx, the best is the check with TMNET for availability.

Have to pay a visit to TMnut then. TMnut cannot check by area, they have to know the phone number to check for availability; and problem is I have not applied for a phone there!

Hi Neo,
You may check with Maxis or Digi for the internet connection. They may have better service or packages. “Seri sempurna”? Is that the new launches?

Seri Sempurna is not a new launch. But about 1 year old I guess.
