I have actually visited a completed unit bought by my relative. The work quality is really good except for the common bathroom. I like the idea of splitting the shower and WC but the door quality just make it so much like public toilet.

actually, looking at the photos, the quality looks above average. Must check out the interior. Anyone bought a unit there?

The noise was deafening whenever LRT passes by.
Guess it’s up to no good to stay that near to LRT track.
The interior is just normal.
I’ll send those picture later.

I can’t hear much of the LRT though. But there is a piece of empty right next to the front entrance and it is meant for an office building for Putra LRT. Not sure this will have any implication.
