Subang Jaya’s Hotspot

Anyone living in PJ or Subang Jaya would have realized the recent deluge of projects along the road behind Subang Parade in SS16, Subang Jaya.

The Star highlighted this issue, too, recently:

New projects give a facelift to Subang Jaya

NEW developments in Subang Jaya will soon give a facelift to the booming township.

While development bodes well for an urban address, helping make Subang a desired destination, this, however, would only also mean an increase in population and a rise in congestion, especially since most of these projects are concentrated within a small enclave of the township.

Some of the projects there have been reviewed by us and you can find them here. A few of them have very active and interesting comments, which shed a lot of light on the general sentiment of the buyers there.

Tiaraville, Subang Jaya
So What Really Happened to Jana Towers
Saujana Residency, Subang Jaya
Empire SOHO, Subang Jaya

If rumours are to be believed, there may still be a few more coming.

  1. Have sent an email to Subang Jaya assemblyman Datuk Lee Hwa Beng for assistances to review /remedy the various problems that the properties investors and residents are and will face . Received reply on May 03, 2007 that Datuk Lee is taking notes on my email contents. Feel free to approach any MPSJ and local /state or even federal government authorities’ personnel to start the actions to improve the entire environment for the benefits of all people living and using this enclave .Beleive we need more voices to gain more attentions. This SS16 new happenings offer MPSJ and developers many good chances to do something to have a very positive facelift that make Subang Jaya proud .If we miss this chance , we have ourselves to blame when we are faced with difficult environment . Instead of wait and see , we should do something now to seek for the changes !!

  2. Good job viking. maybe you should also ask YB Lee to read some of the comments by the buyers here, esp Saujana Residency. It’ll give him a better pix of what the residents want.
