I enquired long before and i was informed that the purchaser needs tocome up with 10% downpyment. But now i see a banner stating RM1000/- BOOKING FEE AND 100% LOAN. wHICH ONE IS CORRECT. wHAT IS THE STATUS NOW

Yeah, how come there is no website? A bit outrageous right?If it is a reputable company then there should be a website for us to view the overall plan online. The condo is not even featured in i property??? WHY????

why isn’t there any website of the developer? i though olympia is invovled in big proj like the avenue k?? strange for big co. to not have website for public to view.

Please contact the sales staff at the above number. the show unit is at the site. unfortunately as far as we know there isn’t any webpage by the developer.
