					<description>Quite a review.
I'm a residence in Penaga Mas Apartment, one soccer field away from the construction site of Elite Apartment. I've been staying here for 2+ years now. I would say this is kind of a low density township (currently). But with the
completion of new projects such as Spring Court, later Elite, and Calisa, this could boost the economic growth here.

On the bright side, here's what Taman Mas Puchong/Sepang can offer
- 2km to Tasik Buaya - good for kaki pancing, and just to bring your family for a fresh air. Maintained by MPSJ
- ~5km to soon-to-be-completed Bandar Saujana Putra toll-exit. Its under development, heard its going to be completed end of year, finger-crossed.
- Basic amenities available in walking distance: Car/motorcycle workshops, clinic, convenience store, mamak/thai/chinese restaurant, surau, misc store etc
- Primary/secondary school around ~5km in Puchong Utama
- 1km to Putra Prima's hypermarket site (according to Putra Prima masterplan)
-I'm working in Cyberjaya, and journey only 20 minutes.
-Public transport established, Taman MasPudu Raya (Bus Sri Indah 574A), end-to-end takes 90minutes in normal traffic, Rm3.20 per trip.
-Soon to be developed LRT station in Taman Meranti/Tasik Puchong, which is arnd 7-9km.
-Pasar Malam on Taman Mas every Wednesday night.

And on the dark side
- Accessibility. Currently is quite far (5-6km) to reach Puchong LDP with only 1 access road. However, traffic is smoothly flowing. There's a plan to connect to Puchong Prima via Puchong Tekali. No idea when this going to materialize. But access to Elite going to happen end of this year hopefully, and can become one alternative for office commuting.
- Expats. This is another problem in terms of security. Due to the place being developed by workers mainly from Indonesia, this place quite crowded with them. However, don't worry as police patrol comes often. And so far no serious crime reported here.
- Slowly developing. Some friends who came here always told me that this is more like a ghost town. ;-) last time it is. But now its slowly developing, and in future I'm sure its going to be a happy place to live in ;-)
