Of course that is not the only thing to consider. This housing development is situated just beside a SMI area. Hence, I took the plunge to invest in this unit. Like the functional lay-out and decent finishes provided which will eradicate unnecessary renovations and headache of getting a reliable contractor and,importantly, saving time, money and energy too!
