					<description>Of course it was a talam property... BUT... all the works from the start is done by IJM... even the earthworks... So... how can people still say the quality is poor???? 

The project is now under IJM... and if you are familiar with construction and property developer, you should know their reputation.. They put their name in this and they will ensure that the project will be done according to their high standard</description>

					<description>With only 15 minutes (non-peak hour)to reach KLCC, it is worth to buy it with this price in this location. During peak, you can choose to use Ampang elevated highway. Can you buy a landed properties less than RM 500k at the place where distance measured less than 8 km from KLCC ? Show me if you can!</description>

					<description>The price is rather steep for such a small 20' x 70' plot of land. It doesn't help with such small 1,400 sq ft built up and not to mention Leasehold!</description>
