Hi, I juz booked a unit in Block A, Level 14. This is my 1st time buying home. I wanna settle down at right home. I was hoping my block have clear KL view. The agent says I’ll have a bit of KL view n a bit of Mines view. Hope its a good view. I’m more into the ‘good view’ type. My unit is type X, hoping to get bigger unit but the rest are booked, only left lower floor (ground to 5th). They said I’ll get two car park. But I’m not sure how far the condo distance to the main road (Bukit Jalil-Kinrara Road).

Admin, hope u can give advice;

1. Seem like the master bedroom is small? Is it?
2. Does the mastrbdroom’s shower change to bathtub?
3. Is this developer reliable? Coz I really hope the pool and gazebo same like the illustration…ehe
4. Should I proceed buying it or not? Or maybe I can consider the Subang Andaman? but im working in jln. sul. ismail, its nearer from b.jalil coz i can use smart tunnel or putrjaya highway….hmmmmm…..

price is attractive but for block B or phase B, haven’t got the floor plan layout yet. Will the masterbedroom be as small as the block As’ or Phase As’?

nurjmo - correct on the parking space, but we count the parking provided with the purchase price to make it easier to compare with other projects.

Dear admin, thank you for the review although I must point out that all unit types except the 956sf have a utility room. It is also possible to purchase a second parking bay (unlike at Villa Pavilion).

Currently, VillaMas is selling Block B, where the design ranging from 956 to 1301 sqft. Not all units come with balcony, only the Type Y offers that. The Type Y1 and Y2 will only be offered in the second phase (Block A).
