I past by the place quite often while it is still under construction... i thought they would have used clay bricks and clay roofing tiles for that price, but no! just plain cement sand bricks and normal concrete roof tiles. Might as well go for the Semi Ds in Bandar Kinrara.

Nik, I was surprised to learn that you can tenant out your unit in Puchong. Which part of Puchong exactly? IOI, PBP or Kinrara? even Puchong Perdana is quiet easy to rent out. Not sure abt those Dengkil areas selling as Puchong address though.

i decided i had to have a look at this development. i just have to find out what is it so special about this place that it can command a min rm828k (for intermediate 24x80)...and mind you, this is in Puchong. so this was how i spent my lunch time today..

there's a guard house, so i am assuming it is g&g. this place is freehold and up on a hill. there are a couple of sizes and the one i saw i believe was 24 x 105.

dont expect to be awed as you enter the house (i did and i was way disappointed). I've seen superlinks that have comparable if not better finishing than this and costs a few hundred k lower. this development makes Desa Park City's Zenia/Amelia looks like a bargain. to be honest, the only thing i like about it is the layout. there is nothing to shout about the finishing - even the tiling at the kichen wall is only up to 5 feet (i'd expect it to go all the way up for that kind of price). there's also no air conditioning piping provided. the toilets are nicely done but i was a bit disappointed with the master bedroom one as i thought there would be at least a his and hers sink bowl and a sunken bath.

i just could not understand which part of the house that made it so expensive. my guess is the location as the build and finishing is so-so, but this is Puchong wor..
