There are more and more dwelling moving to Klang Valley each day and they need homes. I believe there will be a slow down in new developments in the coming years, so for any new launches, the prices won't drop. In fact ,some of us are very very happy that we have a Barisan alternative to depend on .THe BN has abused the citizen far too long .There have to be more good than bad .
