A Visit to NusaRhu
We were there for a good friend’s housewarming, couldn’t resist taking some photos of this rather new development. Nusarhu is located in a new area of Shah Alam, beyond Bukit Jelutong. It’s in the same vicinity as a clutch a few other developments, namely, Cahaya SPK, Kayangan Heights, Sunway Kayangan, Perdana Heights.
It’s not as far as most people think, but it’s a bit complicated to get there, and it is a relative new area with not much facilities at the moment. As an incentive, property prices are very cheap to entice the crowd, something Puchong was about 10 years ago. We can foresee massive growth in the same time span.
Enjoy the pics.

I like the ray of light in some of the pixs you took. Looks very peaceful and quiet.
End lot with chicken fencing only? terrible.

it looks like a pretty organised place, like the rest of shah alam, better planned than most other areas around KL.

Are you sure it’s not “far”? To me, it seems in the middle of nowhere, nearly as bad as Kg Subang. Right?

I think it is very good place for long term investment, with UITM campus and new highway coming soon. Very nice

The new phase is called Ilham (double storey unit). The developer made very minor changes to the external layout and but basically retain the same internal layout as Tropika (from the earlier phase - see above pic provided by the admin team). With that minor changes, developer sells Ilham for RM269k which is RM30k more than Tropika…Hmmmmm…
Anyhow, once the Meru / Shah Alam / Kota Damansara highway is ready, then it would be easier for dwellers to commute to and fro NusaRhu.
