The developer made very minor changes to the external layout and but basically retain the same internal layout as Tropika (from the earlier phase - see above pic provided by the admin team). With that minor changes, developer sells Ilham for RM269k which is RM30k more than Tropika...Hmmmmm... Anyhow, once the Meru / Shah Alam / Kota Damansara highway is ready, then it would be easier for dwellers to commute to and fro NusaRhu. The new phase is called Ilham (double storey unit).
