					<description>The new phase is called Ilham (double storey unit). The developer made very minor changes to the external layout and but basically retain the same internal layout as Tropika (from the earlier phase - see above pic provided by the admin team). With that minor changes, developer sells Ilham for RM269k which is RM30k more than Tropika...Hmmmmm...

Anyhow, once the Meru / Shah Alam / Kota Damansara highway is ready, then it would be easier for dwellers to commute to and fro NusaRhu. </description>
