Car park design is awful,not enough turning radius for parking, and most people worry about scratching their car when they enter the car park. Leaking everywhere at the basement area. Flooring at common area is lousy,80%cement with few ceramic tiles to form some pattern. I heard they are just trying to maximize the profit by doing that since apt owner has no control over the quality of common area. Landscaping is not done professionally, or perhaps I should say there is no landscaping at all. The developer is not experienced in medium end condo like Desa Permai, let alone high end condo like Papillon. Their projects are mostly low end apt.
