Pick up rate was poor! Layout is bad & spec is so-so only. Not convincing base on the soft launch! Again pricing over price than Metro Kajang's Saville at that time.. They claimed spec & location is better than Saville! He..he.. Subsequenlty Guocoland at one time thinking of just refund to the earlier purchasers! Seen likesome progress work carried out I believe they have no choice but to proceed & look like they need intensify the campaign..especially when everybody is not committing after the hike in petrol..
