					<description>I went to the soft launch more than 1 year ago. Pick up rate was poor! Layout is bad &amp;amp; spec is so-so only. Not convincing base on the soft launch! Again pricing over price than Metro Kajang's Saville at that time.. They claimed spec &amp;amp; location is better than Saville! He..he..
Subsequenlty Guocoland at one time thinking of just refund to the earlier purchasers! Seen likesome progress work carried out I believe they have no choice but to proceed &amp;amp; look like they need intensify the campaign..especially when everybody is not committing after the hike in petrol..</description>

					<description>went to see the show unit 6 months ago, and half a year later there's still not much progress. the last time i checked with the sales agent there were rumours that the project may be taken over by some foreign company, thus delaying the launch. i was told the initial launching should've been in march.

i was pretty impressed with the layout and location of this development. but like your review said, the price is a bit too high, especially for a leasehold property. am very satisfied with the materials given, and the layout design makes the unit look more spacious than it is.</description>
