MPSJ is asking if anyone have Bantahan or not. Did u know that only FEW (less than 10) resident of Nadia received this letter from MPSJ ?

					<description>i hv seen the majestic in Putra Height - large build up, 26 x 80, got courtyard, nice design, going rate RM 530k and above. though the landscape is much better than ioi one (IOI is dirt business minded, want to utilize every cm of the land). However, there are few disadvantage there, u hv to pay tol and travel extra 10km there. second, nothing inside there after so many years. 3rd design is abit old fashion - tiles, color scheme etc (except outlook and its courtyard. so, buying IOI is buying the land, primrose is actually a very practical design (squarish), but that take away interior design probs. the materials used are most tasteful. and the matter of fact that you do not need to extend the g/floor and 1st floor could save us troubles and money. Imagine waiting for MPSJ approval and rising materials cost. 
just my 2 cents, after nearly 5 months of admiration, comparison, consideration and finally commitment.

					<description>fm what i know, that cemetary is there for a long time on a piece of private land. no further expansion as of limited land. Never though much abt it until now. previously there is no road leading to it fm BP but now...they r building a road who wl get rite thru it..arrhhh.. maybe IOI or Capital Land wl buy over the land &amp;amp; clear those very old cemetary plot...who know if there is still ppl praying them????</description>

					<description>Anyone here mind to comment bout the cemetary nearby at mid hill next to Kim Crest? The buyer of Primrose front row with best view should be able to see the cemetary i guess. I just worry the house value will drop later after someone making issue on the cemetary again.</description>
