Cheap labor (mostly indonesian worker), sub-standard material, lousy design.........and very expensive. Usually we (purchasers) have to spend a lot of money to renovate a new house before can move in. Not that we are fussy but normally kitchen is always too small, layout is odd, car porch cannot park two cars................Those with a bit better quality demand a big premium......
