Site Progress Photos: The Axis Residences, Pandan Indah (March ‘09)

This last shot looks like a shot taken from the construction towards KLCC with the view of the surrounding area of Pandan Indah.

  1. I have bought one unit retail lot. Speken to developer, abit delay but confirm handover by last quarter this year. Anyway, even if they handover by schedule, the tenancy take-up rate is slow due to economy downturn. Last quarter is more appropriate time to launch the Shopping Mall. Confirmed anchor tenants inclusive Carrefour, KFC, Poh Kong and etc.
