  1. why Selangor Properties Bhd is in the list? they have 2 projects as in their website.. in Gombak & Selayang.. and the layouts of the houses are terrible!!

  2. Why also Plenitude Bhd? We had lots of complain with such dev over poor quality build & service delivery to clients.

    What else could it be their freehold prop the cheapest of all?

  3. Hello, what about Mitrajaya as they are popular too? Their Lavender houses are well build & the quality are superb next to Putra Prima.
